If you are having problems with our registration system, please read these guidelines to find out and fix your problems .

Could not go through the registration process ?

We are using Javascript to develop our registration process, therefore your browser must support or enable Javascript's features.

To enable Javascript in Internet Explorer, please follow these steps:

• In the Internet Explorer window, choose Tools > Internet Options
• In the security tab, please make sure that the security level for Internet zone is set to Medium

If you want to keep your current custom security level, please do the following:

• Choose Custome Level
• Scroll down to Scripting option, and then enable the Active Scripting feature.

To enable Javascript in Firefox, please follow these steps:

Bring up JavaScript Options in Firefox

• Locate the top menu bar. Click Tools (for Windows) or Firefox (for a Mac).
• Select Options (for Windows) or Preferences (for a Mac). A new dialog box will open on your screen.
• Click the Content icon.

Enable JavaScript in Firefox

• View the list of checkboxes. Make sure the 'Enable JavaScript' box is checked.
• Click the 'Advanced' button. A drop-down menu will appear.
• Use this menu to configure JavaScript according to your preferences. Select the checkboxes for the actions you want to allow scripts to perform. Click 'OK' once you are done.
• Close the Options box by clicking on 'OK' for Windows systems, or closing the box for Mac users. JavaScript will now be enabled.

After enabling Javascript, please refresh your browser (open a new window or press F5).

Supported internet browsers

Our system work best Firefox and Internet Explorer (version 6 or higher). If you are using different browsers, please switch to Firefox or Internet Explorer to complete the registration process.
